Users of YouTube soon began to experience a similar problem.
Messages such as “Log in again; session expired; couldn’t refresh feed” appeared when utilizing the Instagram and Facebook apps.
Tens of thousands of users were unable to access Meta Platforms’ Facebook and Instagram on Tuesday, according to the outage tracking website Downdetector.com. According to the website that analyzes outages by compiling status information from multiple sources, including users, there were over 300,000 complaints of outages for Facebook and over 20,000 incidents for Instagram.
