Raipur, 16 February 2024 / Minister Brijmohan Agrawal / Preparations are in full swing for the grand event of Rajim Kumbh Kalp at Triveni Sangam in Prayag Rajim, Chhattisgarh. The Rajim Kumbh Kalp will be held from February 24 to March 8. Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture, Shri Brijmohan Agrawal today visited Shri Ram Mandir at VIP Chowk, Raipur and offered the first invitation card at the feet of Lord Shri Ram.

In Hinduism, people first invite their East Deity and Kul Deity for their auspicious work. The reason for this is the total tradition and classical law. The aim is to make all the gods and goddesses successful in the auspicious work we are going to do. Following this tradition, Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture Brijmohan Agrawal extended the first invitation of Rajim Kumbh Kalp to Lord Shri Ram and wished for the successful organization of Rajim Kumbh.

Culture Minister Agarwal said that during the Rajim Kumbh Kalp, three holy baths will be held on the auspicious occasion of Magh Purnima on February 24, Mata Janaki Jayanti on March 4 and Mahashivratri on March 8 respectively. He said that after five years, the grandeur of Rajim Kumbh will return again.

A large number of saints and seers from across the country, including Peethadheeshwara, Mathadheeshwara, Mahatma and Shankaracharya, will attend the Rajim Kumbh. Minister Agrawal said that after years, Shri Ram Lalla’s homecoming has happened in Ayodhya.

The festival is being celebrated throughout the country. He also called for celebrating Rajim Kumbh Kalp as Ramotsav. With the arrival of devotees from all over the country and the state, the Rajim Kumbh Kalp will be held with great pomp and joy.
