Eight additional flights to Ayodhya starting in February 2024
The holy city of Ayodhya will get eight additional flight connections on February 1, 2024. The goal of this increase in air travel is to facilitate visitors and devotees’ visits to the city. These new roads have been developed because of the recent consecration ceremony at the Ram Janmabhoomi temple, which has elevated the spiritual and economic significance of Ayodhya.
New routes have been announced by the Ministry of Civil Aviation to offer convenient travel options from well-known locations throughout India. Direct flights are now available from Ayodhya to a number of places.
SpiceJet will operate the new airline routes, which would link Ayodhya with Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Patna, Darbhanga, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
In addition to serving pilgrims, these new routes allow business and leisure travelers to visit Ayodhya. The increased connectivity is anticipated to strengthen Ayodhya’s standing as a prominent religious and cultural hub, stimulate the local economy, and generate new job possibilities.
To boost air connectivity for Ayodhya and facilitate the arrival of pilgrims, Ministry of Civil Aviation is set to launch 8 new flight routes for Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh on 1st February 2024.
