DMCA Copyright Policy

  • Contact Info: Your address, telephone number, and email address
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • Accuracy Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that content removed (or disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization to use the material, you may send a written Counter-Notice to our Copyright Agent.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, The Bharat Express adopts a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
