CG DA Hike : For the Chhattisgarh government workforce, there is good news. In August of this year, government employees who have been waiting a long time for dearness allowance will receive a significant upgrade. On August 15, there is conjecture that the state government may declare a four percent DA hike. But thus far, no formal announcement has been made on this. However, it’s thought that this month, the state government will be able to provide its workers more money.
Finance Minister OP Chaudhary recently met with a team from the Chhattisgarh Karmachari Adhikari Sanyukt Morcha. The delegation informed Organization General Secretary Pawan Sai during this meeting that, despite their significant contribution to the change in power, there is a sense of disillusionment among the workers due to the non-fulfillment of promises made to them. Following the delegation’s presentation, the general secretary of the organization promised to assist in every way possible and forwarded the demands of the workers to Finance Minister OP Chaudhary.
CG DA Hike The delegation briefed the Finance Minister on the expectations of state employees from the government during the meeting, and they also demanded that the BJP fulfill its manifesto promises regarding the employees of various departments, including LB cadre assistant teachers’ salary anomalies and arrears of DA from the previous government.
“Give some time to the government to fulfill Modi’s promise given in the election,” stated Finance Minister OP Chaudhary. He asserted that the BJP would keep all of its pledges. According to Minister Chaudhary, the election manifesto’s “Modi’s guarantee” served as the backdrop for the conversation. Minister OP Chaudhary gave the group the assurance that an order to pay the outstanding 4% dearness allowance from the due date will be issued shortly.
Following that, government employees’ expectations have grown, and there is currently conjecture that the Sai government may provide a significant gift to government employees on August 15. It is significant that the Chhattisgarh Employees Officers United Front met in Indravati Bhawan Naya Raipur on July 16. Attending the conference were over twenty delegates from teacher and employee organizations from around the state, as well as leaders of the unions affiliated with the ruling party’s non-political wings.
