Pharmacy student raped, The Chhattisgarh Police’s vehicle returning with the rape accused has met with an accident. The incident took place in Bihar’s Siwan district when a police vehicle rammed into a tree. The ASI was injured in the incident. The ASI has been identified as Rajesh Mani. According to the information, a case of rape of a pharmacy student was registered in Bhilai. The police had received information that the accused was hiding in Siwan in Bihar. Police arrested the accused in Siwan, while returning, the police vehicle met with an accident.
Pharmacy student raped According to the information, Rohan Sharma had come to Durg to study B. Pharma. He used to stay in a room in Talpuri area. He lured a girl studying with him into his love trap. He later raped her on the promise of marriage. He was in a constant relationship with the girl, when she became pregnant, he left her and ran away. Thereafter, a case was registered in the town police station. The accused had raped the minor and then gone to his village Gauri Thana Darauli, district Siwan, Bihar and was hiding there.
Police registered a case under POCSO Act and started searching for the accused. Meanwhile, the accused was traced to Siwan in Bihar. A team from Bhilai Nagar police station went to Bihar to arrest the accused, ASI Rajesh Mani along with head constable Prem Singh and two constables Amit Verma and Anil Singh reached Bihar. Rohan Sharma was arrested with the help of Siwan police.
After this, on July 17, he was taken into custody and left in an Innova car. As soon as they reached between Bihar Siwan and Arrah at around 12.15 pm, suddenly a truck came in front of them. The car then went out of control and hit a tree. The accident was so severe that the air bags of the vehicle opened and ASI Rajesh Mani and the driver, who were sitting in the front, suffered injuries due to the impact of the air bags.
